The Jefferson County Health Department follows Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Rule 410 IAC 6-2.1 to inspect all public and semi-public swimming pools, wading pools, spas and hot tubs. ISDH Pool Log You may download a copy of the ISDH Pool Log. Remember these must be kept on file for one year and you will be asked for these during your inspection. All public and semi-public swimming pools are required to log daily pool water test result as well as submit weekly samples for bacteriologic testing to a state approved Lab and send a copy of the result to the Jefferson County Health Department.
